Because our products involve custom design work and digital delivery, refunds are limited under the conditions below.

1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once design or customization work has started.

However, we understand that issues can happen, and we’ll always do our best to help resolve them.
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
* No design work has started yet, and you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
* There was a technical or duplicate payment error.
* We are unable to deliver your order for reasons on our end.

2. Revisions and Satisfaction
Each order includes a set number of revisions, as stated on your product page or order form.
If you’re not satisfied with the result, please reach out before requesting a refund — we’ll make every effort to adjust the design to your needs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
* Completed or delivered digital products.
* Change of mind after work has started.
* Client delays in communication or content submission.
* Misuse, modification, or deletion of the delivered website.
