Do I need any equipment for home training?
No, you don’t need any equipment. We can design workouts using your bodyweight and simple household items. If you already have equipment, we’ll gladly include it in your program.
Do you help with nutrition too?
Yes! I'll guide you with easy, realistic nutrition tips -nothing extreme or complicated. Just simple habits and meal ideas that make your progress much faster.
Are the programs suitable for beginners?
Yes! Most clients actually start as beginners. We’ll work one-on-one, build a strong foundation, and make sure you feel comfortable with every exercise.
Can I train with a friend or in a group?
Yes, you can. I offer private sessions for individuals, pairs, or small groups.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule a session - just let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
