Each session typically lasts 60 minutes, which includes warm-up, the workout itself, and a short cool-down/stretch. If you need something shorter or longer, I’m happy to adjust based on your schedule and fitness level.
Yes! My training programs are completely beginner-friendly. Whether you’ve never worked out before or you're getting back into it after a break, I’ll guide you at your own pace and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
Not at all! I design home workouts that use your body weight and everyday household items if needed. If you do have equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, we can absolutely incorporate them—but they're not required to get started or see great results.
Absolutely! I offer partner and small group sessions (2–4 people). It’s a fun and motivating way to train—plus, it can be more affordable when costs are shared. Just let me know who you’d like to train with, and we’ll build a plan that works for everyone.
